Before you install
The things merchants ask most often.
Do you charge per invoice?
No. Every plan is a flat monthly price, however many documents you send. Other billing apps charge per document; that is the main reason merchants move across.
What happens when the trial ends?
Plus, Pro and Elite each open with a 14-day free trial of the full feature set. When it ends you are moved to the plan you chose, and you can change or cancel it from your Shopify billing page at any time.
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free covers 70 invoices a month against the last 30 days of orders, and produces invoices. The other eight document types - receipts, gift receipts, payment reminders, quotations, credit notes, refund invoices, packing slips and return forms - are on the paid plans. No card needed to install.
How is billing handled?
Through Shopify’s own billing, so charges appear on your Shopify invoice alongside everything else. Changing or cancelling a plan is done in the app or by uninstalling it.
Can I send from my own email address?
On Pro. Verify a domain by adding DKIM and Return-Path records at your registrar, or verify a single address by clicking a link we email you. Until then mail goes out from support@sendinvoicepro.com.
