The gap
Shopify handles the sale beautifully, then hands you the paperwork - exporting orders, rebuilding them in a doc, emailing PDFs one at a time, and keeping track of which ones already went. For a store doing a handful of orders a week that is an annoyance. For a store doing dozens a day it is somebody’s afternoon, every day.
What we built
Send Invoice reads your orders straight from Shopify and turns each one into a clean, correct, on-brand invoice - then gets it to the customer. One click when you want to press the button yourself, or on a schedule you set once and never open again.
It is deliberately a standalone app rather than an embedded one, so it has room to be a proper workspace: a dashboard, an order list, a template editor, and automation rules that are readable rather than buried in a settings page.
How your data is handled
Order and customer data is encrypted and handled to Shopify’s Protected Customer Data standard. Google Drive access is requested at the narrowest scope Google offers - the app can only touch the folder you pick and the files it puts there.
The specifics, including what is stored and for how long, are in the privacy policy. The commercial terms are in the terms of service.
Who makes it
Send Invoice is built and operated by Emet LLP, and distributed through the Shopify App Store.
Your next order can invoice itself
