Terms of Service
Last updated: July 31, 2026
Service scope
Send Invoice helps merchants sync Shopify orders, review order details, generate invoice documents, and manage invoice delivery attempts. The app is operated by Emet LLP and is installed on a merchant's Shopify store through the Shopify App Store.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for reviewing invoice details, confirming delivery destinations, and keeping app configuration accurate for their store. Documents generated by the app are drafts produced from the merchant's own store data — the merchant remains responsible for their accuracy and for meeting any tax or legal requirements that apply to them.
Plans & billing
The app offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Shopify's billing system on the merchant's Shopify invoice; changing or cancelling a plan is done from within the app or by uninstalling it. Plan limits and pricing are shown in the app and on our pricing page.
Availability
Features may depend on Shopify permissions, connected delivery configuration, and the merchant's active plan or environment. We aim to keep the service available and correct, but it is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
Acceptable use
The app may not be used to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate another business, or for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend access where use of the app threatens the integrity of the service or breaches these terms.
Termination
A merchant may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it from their Shopify admin, at which point their store's data is scheduled for deletion as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated "last updated" date.
